chore(app): 管理端品牌替换 — 移除所有 ERP 面向用户文字，统一暖记风格

- index.css 注释头 → 暖记管理后台 Design System
- PluginMarket.tsx 用户提示 → 扩展暖记能力
- package.json → nuanji-admin v0.1.0 + 项目描述
- CSS 注释 Typography → Chinese-first 暖记
