feat(plugins): add package.json and openclaw.plugin.json for OpenClaw compatibility

- Add package.json with openclaw.extensions field for all three plugins
- Add openclaw.plugin.json manifest files
- Plugins: zclaw-chinese-models, zclaw-feishu, zclaw-ui
