docs(spec): update automation design with review feedback

Key changes:
- Extend existing stores instead of creating new automationStore
- Use type adapter pattern instead of new type hierarchy
- Add explicit HandParamsForm parameter passing fix
- Add category mapping for 7 existing Hands
