Found 8 issues (1 CRITICAL fixed, 3 MAJOR, 4 MINOR). Key findings:
- Skills system shows 0 loaded (should be 75)
- Automation/Skills/Workflow views have no UI navigation entry
- Rate limiting triggered by rapid page switching
