docs(phase3): add integration verification report
- Track A: Chat virtual scrolling - PASS
- Track B: Hands Worker isolation - SKIPPED (architecture already secure)
- Track C: Intelligence cache - PASS (completed in Phase 2.5)
All TypeScript compilation passed, all domain implementations verified.
